•Manage quarterly buy plans for the Women’s & Kids business across 32 AUS & 7 NZ retail stores. •Identify sales trends, pinpoint best & worst performers & provide guidance to the Allocator to adjust stock levels as needed. •Conduct weekly performance reviews of buys by style, ensuring alignment with budget goals. •Produce forward sales forecasts weekly by silhouette & platform to detect growth opportunities & potential risks. •Develop assortment selections & product ranges tailored to business needs through meticulous planning & analysis. •Ensure gender/category breakdowns align with overall business objectives & assortment plans. •Analyse sales & sell-through data to devise markdown plans & recommendations. •Compile returns lists monthly to optimize inventory capacity, manage aged stock & maximize sales. •Allocate & purchase core JDI items in line with company objectives & inventory targets, collaborating with Allocator to set required min levels by store ensuring lines are always in stock with full size curves. •Present brand strategies, trends, product knowledge & upcoming innovations to senior management & store staff. •Quantify allocated FW styles according to strategic targets. •Strategize to drive growth in Performance categories. •Monitor & analyse carryover stock & sales plan to manage inventory position & order book. •Analyse sales by size to determine optimal size curves for future seasons. •Utilise delivery flow to manage store capacity throughout the season. •Conduct pre-season reviews of buys to assess alignment with budget goals & identify necessary actions for success. •Evaluate high heat footwear styles to feature in EDMs/raffles for maximum sell-through. •Regularly visit and support RPG Nike stores, as well as survey competitors to inform strategic actions. •Collaborate directly with Nike VM on quarterly Visual Merchandising guides for all AUS & NZ doors. •Liaise with Nike Team, reporting successes & providing feedback on the retail performance.

• Managing all financial and administrative aspects of reception, retail shop and café across two facilities, • Managing the buy plan for all Accessories, Swimwear and Active wear for Men’s, Ladies and Kids, • Buying and selecting café products, • Marketing and Visual Merchandising of both retail shop and café, • Completing monthly stocktake at two facilities, • Managing stock loss prevention, • Managing all aspects of reception across two facilities, • Managing of the Customer Service (20 CSO) and Duty Manager team's (15 DM), • Effectively conducting rosters as well as recruitment of new staff, • Providing adequate on the job training for the Customer Service and Duty Manager teams, • Co-ordinating Centre maintenance, managing contractors as well as overseeing all administrative elements of incident and risk management, • Providing leadership and direction to the staff under direct supervision and ensuring all staff provide the highest levels of customer service, • Completing duty manager shifts and dealing with any confrontations or issues that may arise as well as full responsibility of cash handling.

• Managing the entire buy plan for the Official AFL Licensed Web Store (shop.afl.com.au) along with 8 AFL Club Web Sites, 1 Adelaide retail store (CROWmania) and 1 clearance Web Site (fangear.com), • Managing the AFL Retail Program for Adelaide Oval, Optus Stadium Perth and Spotless Stadium Sydney, • Managing the AFL Retail Program for Rebel Sport Super Store at Optus Stadium in Perth, • Analysing stock, sales as well as identify and translating market trends within the sports diversion, • Negotiating terms, rebates and new supplier agreements, • Consistently monitoring and maintaining purchasing, sales, GP, OTB and inventory levels, • Weekly monitoring product performance and initiating markdown to align within company policy, • Forecasting budgets and profit turn over whilst working to achieve weekly sales, • Maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders and license Vendors, • Monitoring supplier deliveries to the Victorian DC as well as deliveries directly to the three interstate Stadiums, • Overseeing stock levels and quality of goods across 52 Vendors, • Working closely with the Ecommerce Coordinators to achieve key launch dates and marketing new product, • Consistently providing the Content team with all product information and imagery to build marketing assets. • Managing the entire buy plan for the AFL Brownlow and Premiership program across multiple potential players/teams, then coordinating the execution for the winning player/team range with immediate pre-sale on Shop.AFL. • Working closely with 8 AFL Football Clubs to plan and execute player milestones and club exclusive retail ranges, • Managing the buy and execution for specialised Event Guernsey’s through out the AFLW & AFL season, i.e. ANZAC, Indigenous, Pride round. • Working closely with the Infinite Retail Venue Team to plan and execute the retail program at AFL Live Site in conjunction with the AFL Grand Final day parade.
