I am a partner in Covington's global M&A team, based in London, and chair Covington's global Technology Industry Group. I have more than 25 years experience advising multi-national companies in the technology, consumer brands and life science industries on a broad range of strategic transactions including public and private cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and geographic expansion into emerging markets.
