Management of international projects across the full development scope, with a strong focus on architectural and technical development: • Pre-concept phase: benchmarking and market trend analysis • Brand identity development: strategic positioning, storytelling, branding and brand platform creation • F&B concept development: menu architecture and offer structuring • Architectural & technical coordination: development and optimization of layouts, close follow-up of architectural design, coordination of architects, consultants and technical stakeholders throughout all project phases • Design and artistic direction: architecture, scenography, uniforms, sound and lighting design • Service excellence: creation of hospitality signatures and operational guidelines
• Concept & strategy: definition of positioning, storytelling and design brief • Financial & contractual management: budget forecasts, P&L development, cost control, participation in contract negotiations and compliance with budget and timelines • Procurement & tendering: supplier sourcing, call for tenders, quotations, negotiations and order management • Design, technical & project coordination: FOH and BOH layout optimization, coordination of architects, designers, kitchen consultants and all technical stakeholders, as well as full construction follow-up • Brand & guest experience: implementation of brand identity across all touchpoints including OS&E, tableware, uniforms, olfactory and musical identity, marketing and communication • Stakeholder management: coordination and alignment of internal teams and external partners
