Including raising any required RAF’s Provide management with reports on OPEX spend Process orders received through Sales Decision Point 3 Facilitate Mini Risk sessions
Reporting to the Operations manager as a key member of the team responsible for: Customer base of 300 accounts throughout the UK, order processing, queries, backorder allocation. Sales support for team of 15 territory managers, Managing UK customer product returns process between customer & multiple international sites Producing daily MI reporting, Completing Tenders to NHS deadlines, Managing and updating pricing structures, Managing capital equipment tracking process across multiple locations in line with auditing procedures, Organising secure transportation of specialised equipment for demonstrations
Customer Service; - Placing customer orders for the southern region and all major UK accounts, Customer support, Liaising with suppliers in the UK, USA, Germany and Ireland, Customer quotations and tenders ensuring all deadlines are met, Arrange deliveries with the transport department. In some cases specialist equipment was required on site to receive the equipment, Process customer invoices, credits and handling any customer queries UK Southern Sales Team Support; - Produce weekly sales reports for 10 sales representatives, Chasing up new sales leads through cold and warm calling, Working each month to achieve the sales targets which are set at the beginning of each month
