Louise was appointed to manage and grow the new business. CVChecker Ltd is the small sister website company to the large CV writing company The Fuller CV. CV Checker offers a worldwide professional CV writing service, marketing campaigns, Interview coaching and advice through a network of HR Consultants spanning all industry sectors, from Secretarial to Board Member positions. Operational, commercial and strategic control of the new business, managing and selling CV Services on behalf of the parent company. Was responsible for all aspects of sales and account management activities including sales growth and profitability in a start-up environment. Enjoyed tremendous success, gained through exemplary communication, negotiation and influencing skills and delivery of first class customer service. Louise was approached by one of the top ten Job Boards to speak on a live radio broadcast stressing the importance of a strong and powerful CV resulting in a huge interest from the young people of London. Both companies are privately held; employing up to 80 employees in total. Reported directly to the Managing Director on strategy and performance. Leadership motivation and training of four full-time sales business support professionals. Attended Recruitment Fairs and gave presentations at places such as the Wembley Arena, Earls Court, NEC Birmingham, GMEX and the Barbican Centre to generate business in specific areas. Recruited and Co-ordinated a large team of home-based consultants and allocate their workloads including checking and signing off monthly invoices.
