Advances technical aspects of performances in coordination with lighting supervisor and company manager. Calls all shows and leads load in and builds for touring repertory.
Working with the esteemed artists presented by the Harkness Dance Center at the 92nd Street Y, NY, I manage all aspects of their production as it pertains to presenting them in our unique spaces. From full proscenium halls to flexible spaces and studios, I make sure each artists reaches their goals while considering the layered union contracts and production realities of the greater organization. Being 1 of several performing departments at the 92NY to share spaces, I work to maintain the highest production quality while respecting the efforts and overlapping needs of my colleagues.
I became full-time as Assistant Business Manager on December 28th, 2020, promoted to Finance Associate in December 2021, and promoted to Production and Touring Manger in July 2022. Manages daily cash flow, monthly accrual reporting, and accounts payable and receivable. Manages and submits payroll, as well as onboarding both employees and contractors. As Company Manager for the renowned Limón Dance Company, I manage scheduling for both rehearsal periods, residencies and touring; coordinate lodging and accommodations while on tour and for Guest Artists joining us in New York; work closely with Artistic leadership to ensure all technical and logistical needs are met in advance of productions.
