As Director of Product Management at Rithum, I assumed ownership of Product for ChannelAdvisor (NYSE: ECOM), a public company acquired for $635M. In my first year of leadership, we achieved a 4.2% YoY increase in GMV, representing 2.5X higher growth than the prior two years' average. We also reduced YoY churn by 26%. All while leading a streamlined team with 50% fewer Product Managers and 20% fewer engineers. Prior to this role, I successfully exited two startups in senior positions and advised over 150 companies on enhancing their digital strategies and driving revenue. This results-oriented approach has allowed me to lead award-winning teams of creative professionals, developers, and marketers effectively. My expertise spans ethnology, qualitative interviews (MIT), human-centered design (IDEO), and design thinking.
