Directly supported the CFO of a $300 million annual revenue business in FP&A, Supply Chain Finance, and Commercial Finance through monthly closing, reporting, and planning cycles. Drove operational and financial improvements through refining the Global Supply Chain tracking infrastructure and metrics for managing cost associated P&E, CoQ, Labor, and Factory Spend. Routinely analyzed and published supply chain and commercial pacing files to measure region and factory performance, allowing the global team to track financial performance and drive actionable insights to grow the business. Led all financial activities for M&S start-up, managing $1mm budget and the creation of the financial reporting infrastructure and controls.
