Part of the US FIS team based in London, taken on board to support the UK finance team defining requirements for the integration of the LMPR platform (New brokerage revenue system) to the accounting/financial system and coordinate with the US team in charge of implementing the solution. . Organized workshops, write specifications, plan and coordinate activities for the different team involved, report to the US FIS to provide a better visibility on the situation. This position required to learn quickly about the brokerage business, have a great understanding of accounting schemes (more than 140 different scenarios, multiple accounting derivation rules) but also be able to interact with many different parties to ensure the end to end solution would be flawless.

Liaised directly with the business to validate data migration and supported the finance team for Go-Live. Position required high adaptation skills, to start on a new project and be operational right away. Taken on board for my expertise on a short term assignment to ensure Go-Live date would be met.
