Leading a lean team of People & Culture global experts to shape and deliver the Group-wide strategic agenda for talent acquisition, internal mobility, succession planning, people engagement and inclusion, working closely with executive leaders, talent eco-system and external partners. Defining and delivering strategies, methods, policies and tools that enable business strategy and growth plans in an integrated end-to-end flow.
