- Responsible for all active sourcing activities for Boehringer Ingelheim Germany - The primary responsibility lies with the Animal Health division - Nevertheless, I also support all other business areas at Boehringer Ingelheim in their search efforts - The focus is on the global candidate market, so I try to maintain the broadest possible global perspective - Analyze and monitor the global economic and job market situation to identify the best possible candidates - Search for suitable candidates across all networks and media - The scope of responsibilities is defined as follows: + Search for suitable candidates based on the existing job profile and in consultation with the hiring manager +Initial contact with potential candidates, as well as initial interviews and advising them on suitable positions, relocation options, benefits, etc. + Building a talent pipeline, as well as pooling and mapping the talent market + Candidate support throughout the process + Support and guidance for departments and hiring managers throughout the entire active sourcing process
- Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment of all student interns, bachelor students, master students, communications trainees and PhDs at the Ingelheim, Dortmund and Berlin sites - This also includes advising the departments as well as hiring managers on the respective models and implementations - Supporting the applicant as well as the hiring manager with all queries and challenges in the recruitment process - Attending job fairs to directly engage with and attract the target audience - Supervision of student interns and instructor for apprentices
