About

Who I am: • French-Dutch binational, fluent in five languages. Currently based in Amsterdam, active in a senior management commercial role in the mobility industry. • Purpose-driven, people-focused leader with a broad skill set and a passion for business development and building partnerships / strategic alliances. Wide experience in the management of complex distribution networks. • 20 years senior management experience in the mobility industry across Europe & LatAm. Roles covering general management, sales, operations, M&A & PMI. • Chairman of the Dutch French chamber of commerce, a platform developing cross border business and providing services to companies: networking, consultancy, payrolling, and more. • Graduated from Mines Paris – PSL, one of France’s elite engineering schools (“Grandes Écoles”), with a multidisciplinary curriculum in science, engineering, and business. Also followed an advanced executive education at IMD (Lausanne). A few years ago I switched from a "manufacturer world" I know well to the "mobility service" part of the value chain, firmly believing this is the right place to lead the change towards durable mobility solutions. As far as business culture is concerned, I believe in: • Open & people driven company cultures, with ownership & accountability as low as possible in the organization, and an inclusive management style favoring entrepreneurship. • The need for senior managers to envision a strategy and to bring it to the organization in a way, that teams are able to implement it with a right level of autonomy.
