Built and launched a peer-to-peer circular mobility marketplace to democratize access to bike rentals (0 to 1): https://cyclic-velo.fr/ Product: Solo-built the entire tech stack (Python/SQL/Web) and booking algorithm. Business: Validated the P2P business model and secured initial inventory supply in Paris. Status: Platform is live and self-operating.
