In my current role as a Project Lead at Medtronic, I am overseeing the implementation of solutions aimed at enhancing manufacturing efficiency and achieving cost savings across various sites in Europe and Asia. Managing projects on a global scale has honed my skills in cross-functional collaboration and strategic problem-solving. I am actively seeking opportunities where I can leverage my expertise in project management and the medical device industry to contribute to strategic initiatives that shape the landscape of the life sciences and healthcare sectors. I am particularly interested in expanding my knowledge in areas such as business development, mergers and acquisitions, and venture capital.
- Managed several manufacturing projects, including leading a team of engineers to ensure compliance with the new EU Medical Device Regulations for a range of cardiac medical devices. - Coordinated multiple validation and qualification activities, and developed solutions to implement the necessary changes in production lines.
