Globally minded and multicultural, I am French by heritage, raised in the Philippines, and sent to a boarding school in Beijing at 15. I am currently completing a gap year to travel, work, and learn in diverse cultural environments before joining EHL Hospitality Business School in September 2026. I started traveling independently at the age of 14, with my first journey covering over 12,000 km and five months away from my parents. Since then, I have continued to travel and work internationally, developing strong adaptability, independence, and the ability to connect with people from different backgrounds while staying grounded in my core values. Adaptable in environments ranging from remote islands to world-class hotels, I bring energy, discipline, and a positive mindset to everything I do. Guided by strong values, a passion for sports, and a commitment to continuous growth, I am preparing for an international career in luxury, from hospitality to business ventures.
Began volunteering at a young age and became one of the youngest long-term volunteers within the organization. Over nearly 10 years of continued involvement, progressively took on greater responsibility, contributing to increasingly complex humanitarian projects across multiple locations in the Philippine islands. Actively participated in five-figure fundraising initiatives, supporting projects through international fundraising efforts spanning France, Singapore, and Hong Kong. Supported on-the-ground programs focused on child welfare, psychological and social support, and community development, gaining exposure to project coordination, cross-cultural collaboration, and nonprofit operations. This long-term engagement reflects a sustained commitment to humanitarian work, international collaboration, and growth within a mission-driven organization
(1–1.5 months annually) Supported daily sailing operations as an aide monitor across multiple summer seasons. Prepared boats each morning, assisted with launching and recovery, and managed end-of-day storage and dismantling of equipment. Supported instructors on the water, helping students build navigation skills and confidence in open-water conditions. Provided on-water assistance during incidents and emergencies by operating support boats to reach and aid students when required. Assisted participants aged 13 to 60 with safety procedures, equipment fitting (life jackets, uniforms), and readiness. Operated and supported training on Hobie Cat–type boats (Teddy, Dragon, Hobie Cat 14–16), Optimist (youth sailing), and planche à voile (windsurfing). This role developed strong responsibility, situational awareness, teamwork, and calm decision-making in dynamic and safety-critical environments.
Rotational internship with weekly immersion across all major areas of the organization, providing exposure to executive leadership, industrial operations, agricultural production, and social impact initiatives. Worked in close proximity with the CEO of Santa Teresa and the CEO of Tiquirito, observing senior-level decision-making across strategy, operations, stakeholder engagement, and long-term organizational development. Maintained regular interaction with the heads of each department through briefings, presentations, and operational walkthroughs, gaining insight into cross-functional leadership and coordination. Developed a comprehensive understanding of end-to-end production and supply chain systems through guided exposure to fermentation, distillation, quality control, sourcing, and export logistics, learning how regulatory, environmental, and cost considerations influence global distribution decisions. Participated in discussions and reviews related to total quality management, operational innovation, continuous improvement, and market analysis and research informing strategic and operational priorities. Engaged across both analytical and hands-on operational activities, spanning cacao, sugarcane, and coffee plantations, livestock management, and agricultural infrastructure projects. This included direct participation in fieldwork such as irrigation system installation and ground preparation, alongside analytical observation and learning, providing first-hand insight into how strategic decisions translate into physical execution on the ground. Additionally, spent time with the organization’s foundation, learning how community development, security, and rehabilitation programs are designed and integrated into long-term business sustainability. This experience strengthened adaptability, learning agility, and systems thinking, while providing a holistic view of leadership, operations, and social responsibility in complex and emerging-market environments.
