Managed brownfield work packages within the 870MW CCGT new build scope, led engineering and technical solution development, analyzed global construction bids, and coordinated across Production, Engineering, Purchasing, HSE, and Legal to deliver the work packages.
Prepared, attended, and followed up on project meetings; tracked decisions, actions, risks, and issues at all levels; established clear communication channels; planned and facilitated workshops to support decision-making; supported cross-functional process design; delegated tasks to team members; developed KPIs to control new processes; and managed, forecasted, and followed up on project financial impact.
Led projects from concept to execution, managing cost, schedule, and performance; conducted design reviews that enabled 10% cost savings on a 400T/month coffee roasting factory project; and worked closely with the client’s Quality team to ensure ISO 22000 readiness.
