I began my career at Mars as part of their Talent Graduate Program, where I started as a Category Sales Specialist within the Sales department. Some of my responsibilities were: - Managed a portfolio of 100+ B2B clients, building long-term relationships and driving consistent sales growth. - Represented Mars brands across multiple categories including: chocolate, candy bars, rice, prepared meals, warm sauces, healthy snacks, ice cream and petfood. - Executed B2B sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets. - Led in-store trade marketing activities including product launches, promotions, merchandising, and shelf optimization. - Coordinated and managed commercial projects from planning to execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
