About

Life did not predestine me to become a photographer. After getting my high school diploma, I entered the intense cycle of preparatory classes, followed by an engineering school in Networks and Telecommunications. I quickly found myself working for major telecoms services providers in Belgium, Ireland, and then Germany. I discovered photography by chance in 2010, as the consequence of a rushed decision: my wedding photographer. Extremely disappointed with the result, I decided to try photography myself. This led to three years in Central Europe, balancing my engineering job - where I increasingly felt a lack of meaning - and my growing passion for photography. Like many photographers, I started with wedding photography, a demanding and comprehensive field. What began as frustration turned into a calling that never left me. During this time, I met many fellow photographers from around the world, some becoming mentors, especially in documentary photography. Curious, I learned from the best, studied their methods, and developed a deep passion for authenticity. This hard work was rewarded with multiple international awards, reinforcing my approach to photography. In 2015, I left my engineering career to dedicate myself entirely to the photography I loved so much. That same year, I completed my first immersive photo documentary on the origins of precious materials, which led to a book. It was the beginning of a great journey—preserving the history of businesses over time and creating images they would treasure. In 2021, I partnered with Antoine Monié to take my work to the next level. Together, we developed a heritage-focused approach to corporate photography: telling their story with authenticity.

Photographer. The title that many grant themselves is above all a profession, and a wonderful one at that. It has allowed me to undertake photo assignments in over 35 countries, capturing and narrating compelling human stories. After 8 years of working independently, I am shedding my solo identity to establish a new venture with a partner: Brunet-Monié.

As an engineer, I've worked for 8 year on many Voice over IP projects for french and international Service Providers. Being every day in my customer premises helped me to develop a strong knowledge of their needs. I learned to solve problems and give them the best advice. But not only that! I have also been able to direct them when they were taking the wrong directions, by offering alternatives. The goal was to give them always better than satisfaction : the will of working together again.
