Responsible for strategic development for the AXA group in Mediterranean Region and Middle East. Focus on New Business launches, M&A, product developments and projects.
- Responsible for insurance due-diligence in M&A transactions for private equity firms (AXA PE, PAI, Weinberg...) - Assessment of insurance and operation clients' risks - Account manager: responsible for insurance programs design.
In charge of Bancassurance of Allianz Egypt – a life and non life subsidiary of Assurances Générales de France (Allianz Group) – Egypt. - Developed a full fledged Bancassurance Unit – negotiated and set up exclusive Bancassurance cooperation agreements with a selection of 9 banks.
