I focus my practice on structuring and documenting secured and unsecured credit facilities for financial institutions and corporate borrowers. I frequently represent lead arrangers and agents in a wide variety of large corporate and middle-market syndicated transactions, including cash flow and asset-based facilities, acquisition financings, sponsor-led financings, letter of credit facilities and multi-currency facilities. My finance practice ranges from middle-market club facilities to multi billion dollar leveraged transactions. My practice includes loan originations and the workout and restructure of distressed debt. My transactional experience extends across many industries, including television and radio broadcasting, telecommunications, media, manufacturing, insurance, restaurants, health care, transportation, and financial services.
I represent and counsel agents and lenders in a variety of secured and unsecured lending transactions, including single-lender and large syndicated financings, leveraged financings, acquisition financings, letter of credit facilities, asset-based financings, credit facilities guaranteed by the Export-Import Bank of the United States,and high-tech telecom and media finance. I document and structure credit facilities to large corporate and middle-market borrowers in a variety of industries, including media and telecom, manufacturing, restaurants and insurance. My experience includes workouts and negotiating complex intercreditor and subordination agreements.
I represented agents and lenders in a variety of secured and unsecured lending transactions.
I prepared complex commercial litigation matters for trial and arbitration. The cases I worked on involved a wide variety of subjects including contract, tort, intellectual property, deceptive trade practices, professional malpractice and insurance coverage issues. I have deposition, mediation and trial experience. I argued hearings and drafted pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery and legal memoranda.
