Employee wellbeing is too important to leave until crisis point. Traditional Employee Assistance Programmes (EAPs) provide valuable support, but they’re often used only when someone is already struggling. I believe in a more proactive, whole-person approach one that supports people before challenges escalate. That’s why I created Best Self, a proactive workplace wellbeing offering designed to support employees and leaders in small and medium-sized businesses. With a background in coaching and therapy, I bring a therapy-informed approach that blends practical tools with compassionate support. My work recognises that people don’t leave their personal challenges at the door when someone feels more confident, calmer, and clearer within themselves, it naturally impacts their work and performance too.
