A Postdoctoral fellow started working in Dr. Cheng-Wen Wu’s lab in Jul 2008. Experienced in signal transduction, cancer biology, and cell biology. Responsible for designing and conducting experiments related to the research project; proposal, project, and paper writing; as well as data analysis and student training.
(1) Study of tumor initiation and progression in reprogrammed cancer cells and stromal cells with stem cell profile (from 2008.12 to 2011.12, supported by National Science Council, Taiwan). (2) Development of mesenchymal stem cell-based cell therapy in cardiovascular disease (from 2009.06 to 2010.05, supported by Ministry of Economic Affairs, Taiwan). (3) Investigation of the mechanisms of stemness factors-mediated tumor initiation, progression, and drug-resistance in lung adenocarcinoma (from 2012.01 to present, supported by National Science Council, Taiwan). (4) Investigation of the functional and mechanism interactions between mesenchymal stem cells and lung cancer cells (from 2012.01 to present, supported by National Science Council, Taiwan).
