Part of the team creating the content strategy across the group. The aim being to maximise downstream revenues and enhance the customer experience, through a number of online and pre-install initiatives.
Responsible for on time delivery of finished OEM PCs from various ODMs based in China to the UK and European distribution centres. Liaised with the technical team to ensure all technical concerns had been resolved prior to production.
Responsible for the technical relationships with key vendors and suppliers to ensure new technologies were developed and implemented within Dixons own branded PCs. Highlighted and developed new technologies to meet the needs of Dixons customers, as well as identified issues and opportunities to reduce failure rates and product returns.
