About

Problem solver, crisis manager ever oriented to develop business focused on innovation and to search for new opportunities to grow and learn I worked as a crisis management consultant, mainly specialised in planning, command & control systems and coordination of operations, both in Italy and abroad. After some years working with the Italian Red Cross, I opened my own consulting firm, with the co-founders Riccardo Rabuffi, Ilaria Benvenuti and Marco Lupoli. Beacon - the name of the company - is specialised in providing advice for business development in Italy and abroad, especially to SMEs. During my activity as a crisis manager, I worked with the Red Cross, NATO and other NGOs or Governmental Organisations, providing - through the implementation of different projects - advisory to ministers and institutional representatives on how to properly develop emergency management activities. Working with the private sector I had the opportunity to establish wide relations with small, medium and big enterprises, in different sectors - from commodities to food and beverage, from IT to communication -, creating interesting networks and partnership with other profit, no profit or institutional counterparts, aimed to support the development of common projects, activities or ideas. My partners gave me also the opportunity to open the Beacon's spin-off in the UK, in order to enlarge the market of Beacon and better support the client. The abilities learned on the terrain have been paramount during my actions in business development and project management. The fieldwork enhanced my resilience enabling me to work under stress and to support my teammates during the difficulties, and both the education and the experience gave me the capacity to establish good relations and a friendly environment even in hard and stressful situations, other than to keep a high diplomatic profile even with unfriendly counterparts.
