      Responsible for the commercial leadership of FiveX, covering both the sale of the FiveX software and the managed advertising service for bol.com sellers and vendors. Combine strategic decision-making with direct accountability for revenue, execution, and building AI tools that make the commercial process scalable. Core responsibilities: • End responsibility for software and advertising revenue • Translating commercial strategy into daily sales execution • Leading and coaching five direct reports • Owning targets, pipeline, conversion, and forecast • Pricing, propositions, and closing strategic deals • Building AI tools for outbound, sales intelligence, and reporting Delivered in this role: • Developed the Kickstart proposition: full-service bol.com launch via FiveX and ChannelDock, €4,000 all-in for 6 months, with four follow-up tiers. First closes within four weeks. • Built the AI tooling stack from scratch: YALC operational across the BDR team (first internal adoption of AI-driven outreach), HeyPocket for real-time conversation capture, daily-report automation combining Calendar, Gmail, Fireflies, and HeyPocket, plus a sales intelligence layer across 9 analysis levels. • Redefined ICPs through data-driven analysis: Fireflies connected to the commercial stack for insights from every customer conversation, databases built to ground decisions in data. • Expanded the sales team to five direct reports, standardized meeting formats (Discovery, Demo, Quickscan, Audit), and dealsize-based routing. • Drove German market expansion: German BDR track set up, Amazon meetings landed. • Activated the ChannelDock partner motion: cross-sell on existing accounts plus joint launch proposition.
