- Develop and characterize new litho processes for every mask steps for MEMS applications as environmental, sound, ink-jet and inertial devices. - Develop, characterize and investigate actual and alternative litho processes for actual MEMS projects. - Develop standard methods in frame generation for consolidated MEMS technologies. Define the contents of the reticle frames for new technologies and define the mix & match between available litho equipments according to the technology requirements. - Support and transfer to production engineer, technology process steps for MEMS applications. - Transfer know-how to internal technician engineer by daily on-the-job collaboration. - Set up procedures and specifications - Maintain under control R&D litho tools and process. - Improve throughput of litho process
Front-End Technology And Manufacturing, Advanced R&D – Non volatile Memories & derivatives. Experience with devices failure in terms of dielectrics cracks and problems strictly correlated to CVD thin films. Responsible for process performance and process optimization. Responsible for CVD production tools HDPCVD, PECVD, SACVD (AMAT and NOVELLUS).
