I am a material and nanotechnology engineer who graduated from Politecnico di Milano with a graduation mark of 110/110. During my last year of university, I worked as an organic and computational chemist for my Master's thesis: a project centered on the synthesis and computational analysis of organic small molecules for thermoelectric applications. After graduating I moved to Austria, where I currently work as a process engineer for Lam Research, providing professional research and development in the field of wet chemical processes for the semiconductor industry.
Lam Research is a leading global supplier of wafer fabrication equipment and services to the semiconductor industry. Our team in Villach, Austria, develops tools used for various wet chemical processes of wafer fabrication. As a process engineer, I am responsible for performing professional process engineering research, development, and evaluation to assist our clients and develop new processes to face next-generation technology challenges.
