YBP is a strategy and innovation consultancy company focusing on healthcare, financial services, tech, and telecommunications. Partnered with EY Saudi Arabia (remote) on a number of healthcare proposals as Subject Matter Expert and Engagement Manager.
• Account Manager for the whole portfolio of clients in the UK. • Team Leader for the London office and Project Leader for large projects nationally and internationally. • Projects’ scope includes design and implementation of business strategy, service design, business model design, business transformation/change management. • Helping clients design new/better services to differentiate themselves and answer customers’ needs. • Responsible for business development from client engagement to project acquisition and contract renewal.
• Identification of stakeholders’ needs through market research and analysis with the application of different tools and methodologies (primary research with open/semi-structured interviews, surveys, focus groups, analysis through thematic clustering, development of personas, quantitative analysis and descriptive statistics). • Leading workshops with different stakeholders and multi-disciplinary teams to design actionable solutions. • Leading teams through the design thinking process and application of agile methodology. • Design, development, monitoring and evaluation of prototypes and project pilots.
