- Lead and manage process improvement and change projects in the logistics function for company production sites in UK and Germany. - Develop and extend logistics standard in the Group. - Define and implement improvement actions for production scheduling and material planning (Heijunka, Kanban, MTS and ATO). - Plan and lead the logistics process changes for the New Products Introduction. - Provide active support to Continuous Improvement Team. - Lead logistics operations team (20-25 operators) on three shifts (since Jan 2019). Main projects: Assembly Site Relocation: BCA and feasibility analysis, sizing, activities planning, new processes definition and implementation. Successfully reached project goals for inventory and workforce reduction. Cells material feeding process improvement for the core business activity. Finished goods warehouse re-layout and 3PL feasibility analysis and implementation.

Work of research to carry out the Master Thesis, concerning the distribution process of multinational logistics provider. Such work mainly consists in: formulation and building mathematical programming models to optimize the pickup and delivery case study process.
Study of the main problems related to the handling of goods in storage centers: Capacitated Vehicle Routing Problems, Order Picking and Order Batching Problems.
