Lorenzo Capodieci was born in Trieste, Italy in 1990. He obtained a Bachelor's degree in Dance from Codarts, Rotterdam Dance Academy in 2013 and has been working as a performer and choreographer in the Netherlands for 10 years. He has had the opportunity to work with many companies, building great expertise in dance and performance, especially for young audiences and on location. Moreover, he has also performed in theaters and puppet shows. During his career as a dancer, he trained in Fitness and Pilates, becoming a certified fitness instructor in 2015. He has been teaching Pilates since 2017. As of April 2024, Pilates has become his main profession, teaching group and one-on-one trainings. Since June 2025 he is Certified Polestar Pilates Conprehensive teacher.
