Dynamic and cheerful personality, capable of positively influencing the team. Aptitude for being in contact with people and working in groups, creating efficient work teams. Guided by curiosity and the desire to learn through experiences, continually growing professionally and personally. Ability to listen and rapid learning ability. Internationality and the continuous evolution of the world in which we live are elements of further interest for me. Today I am therefore looking for an opportunity that allows me to learn and grow in the fields of interest mentioned, or that brings me to discover new interests. Additional interest that i love are playing sport, travel and Industrial Technology.
•Data research supporting the planning of new launches, prototypes, and projects, interfacing with different divisions with a Strategic Planning (SP) perspective. •Developed automated documents and templates (Excel/macros, Power Query) in order to automate daily procedures. •Support and managed launch and batch tracking, providing regular updates to clients and stakeholders on timelines, acceleration/deceleration, and production issues •Defined daily production runs for furnaces, in case of automated line downtime •Designed and delivered two internal training sessions (proprietary ST tool and product launch request procedure ) via PowerPoint and text presentation.
Production Flow Reengineering & Digitization Project As part of my Master’s thesis, I led a company-wide project aimed at redesigning and digitizing two core production flows to improve performance and process efficiency. Using the DMAIC methodology, Monte Carlo simulation, process mapping, fishbone diagrams, and APQP methodology I analyzed critical inefficiencies and collaborated closely with cross-functional teams — involving nearly every department — to co-create data-driven solutions. I also contributed to the initial design of a workflow management software to support the company’s broader digital transformation goals. Through data analysis, on-site observation, and structured interviews, we defined optimized workflows and established measurable targets, which were presented to stakeholders at the project’s conclusion. This project combined my technical background with strategic thinking and cross-departmental coordination — and set the foundation for my Master's thesis.
-Mapping and analysis of production processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement. -Collection and analysis of data to support strategic decisions, with a focus on operations optimization. -Application of Lean Manufacturing techniques and A3 Methodology to improve efficiency and reduce waste. -Development and implementation of quick actions (Quick Action), aimed at reducing lead times and optimizing production flows. -Proposals for long-term improvements, with management approval for implementation. -Collaboration with cross-functional teams, ensuring achievement of project goals in an effective and timeout manner.
