Manager of the Quality department of EWS (Electrical Wafer Sorting) organization that is in charge of electrical testing and visual inspection of wafers. • Manager of the plant quality team, involved in every quality-related activities for Vending Machine production including incoming inspection, process monitoring and finished product control • Involvement in the early phases of New Product Development and responsible for Process Quality deliverables within New Product Introduction projects • Definition and update of PFMEAs and Quality Control Plans • Implementation of quality improvement project based on periodic KPI analysis and specific requirements of key accounts • Customer claims management through standard problem solving tools (8D Reports, 5W-2H, PDCA)
• Responsible for electrical, electromechanical and metalworking commodities • Monitoring supplier quality performance and working to improve it • Supplier audit qualification and process validation • Drive and review the production part approval process (PPAP) to ensure purchase components meet technical specifications • Support of new product development and current product quality activities • Analysis of the returned parts to identify the root-cause of the non-compliance and promotion of action plan for supplier quality issues
• Implementation and maintenance of Quality Management Systems for the companies of the N&W Group according to ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 9001:2015 (KPI analysis and reporting, internal audits, corrective actions, documentation) • Development of continuous improvement projects within manufacturing environments (Kaizen, Problem solving, GMP) • Documentation and record management to meet product and process requirements of several certification marks such as IMQ, UL, CSA, NSF, VDE, INMETRO, JQA, KC • Food Contact Material management to meet European product and process Regulations (Reg.1935/2004 and 2023/2006, respectively)
