In this particular role I was in charge of: -Design and implement a training program to reduce the gender gap in entrepreneurship in Mexico. -Onboarded new clients to provide new projects for Lentes Púrpura. -Develop and present training proposals to different clients of interest. - Monitor KPIs in the diversity and inclusion area regarding gender-based violence. - Design and structure an annual strategy aligned with previous year's results to drive business growth and talent development.
