I created 50+ company profiles for Gain.pro's market intelligence platform that provides insights on financial performance, operations and market positioning to professionals in private equity, venture capital, and consulting.
As a Founding Team Member and FP&A Lead at GoPuls (formerly FIRST A), I was instrumental in scaling the team and establishing key operational and financial frameworks to drive the company's growth. GoPuls is a pioneering quick-commerce company in Germany, delivering medications across over 40 major cities. In April 2022, the company was acquired by Shop Apotheke Europe to enhance their quick-delivery capabilities in the German pharmacy market. Accountable for all Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) activities. Herein, I implemented a reporting and Business Intelligence (BI) infrastructure which was pivotal to the company's data-first management strategy. I created Tableau Dashboards and Excel-based in depth analysis to monitor financial and operational KPIs and facilitate data-driven decisions on marketing strategies, product development, operations and business expansion. Moreover, i created in-depth visual reports on the companies financial and operational performance for external stakeholders (i.e. (potential) investors).
At KPMG, I worked as an Audit Associate and later as a Senior Associate in the Audit, Attestation department. I conducted financial audits for companies across various industries, including manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, and private equity, under IFRS and HGB standards. My responsibilities included risk assessments, financial statement audits, internal control evaluations, and process analyses to minimize financial and operational risks. Additionally, I took on a leadership role, guiding junior team members and serving as a key client contact during audits. I also gained experience with SAP and performed financial due diligence for corporate transactions.
