I spearheaded the launch of a new tech-driven product across European B2C and B2B markets—identifying, onboarding, and activating key distribution and retail partners. Collaborated cross-functionally to drive seamless implementation, while energizing retail promotions and accelerating market entry. Austria Juice | Global Beverage & Flavor Solutions Business Unit Lead, Beverage Compounds (International) Stepped into a high intensity transformation mandate to reshape the Beverage Compounds business across international markets. Led the redesign of the commercial strategy, modernized the sales organization, and strengthened cross functional alignment between R&D, operations, and category teams. Introduced clearer governance, forecasting discipline, and a more customer centric key account model to support future growth. Managed full P&L responsibility, strategic planning, and senior level customer relationships while guiding the team through a concentrated period of structural change. Short but impactful assignment focused on repositioning the business unit during a pivotal transition phase.
Led commercial strategy and key account management across Central & Eastern Europe, with a strong focus on Southeast Europe, Greece, and Hungary. Oversaw a strategic global beverage account and distributor networks (including Brenntag), driving alignment through regional negotiations and partnerships. Customer scope: Managed accounts across virtually all categories — beverages, snacks, sweet goods, dairy, meat & plant-based alternatives, seasonings, and even tobacco. Cross-functional leadership: Acted as the central interface between clients and internal teams (R&D, marketing, procurement, operations) to deliver tailored B2B solutions for global brands and private labels. Strategic impact: Strengthened regional presence, optimized distributor performance, and supported innovation-driven growth initiatives.
