Senior Procurement & Indirect Sourcing Leader with more than 15 years of experience in strategic procurement, category management and procurement excellence across international industrial, service and hospitality-driven organizations. Currently heading Indirect Procurement & MRO at BMZ Germany GmbH, with responsibility for OPEX and CAPEX spend, category strategies, governance and process excellence in a complex transformation environment. Throughout my career, I have specialized in building structured, compliant and performance-oriented procurement organizations - from strategic sourcing and category management to end-to-end procurement process design, including P2P systems, digital approval workflows (eBANF), delegation of authority models and sourcing committees. My profile is complemented by hands-on leadership roles with direct reporting to C-level, successful P2P implementations, and a strong background in procurement transformation, stakeholder management and data-driven decision-making.
