Conducting webinars, seminars and trainings for customers worldwide. 2nd line support on technical, SW or sales related topics on Metrohm IC product line. New application development and current application improvement. Details Product development: * implementation customer vision and project requirements in the respective development projects * active elaboration in project core teams * creation of user cases, risk analysis, test planning and evaluation Application development: * improving current IC application with main focus on Automation, Liquid handling and Sample Preparation * creating, performing and documenting new applications Specialist and customer training & lectures: * Professional training of internal specialist on IC products and applications * Presenting at worldwide seminars, congress and customer events Technical 2nd line support
Function objective: Performance Installation, validation studies, trouble shooting, customer training and sales demonstration Details: Application specialist for automated liquid handling and diagnostics instruments * Setup application according to customer specification * On - site installation * Customer support; application, software and hardware * Training end users * languages: Dutch, French, English and German Sales support: * Define required hardware and software according to customer needs * Create application requirement documentation * Define timelines and planning for the required application
Key objective: Developing new and improving running chemical applications, application and system validation studies, hardware and software optimization, in house and on site customer training, sales support. Responsible for the chemical applications for titration, pH measurement and voltammetry as well for the automation of these products. Supporting installations and giving product specific trainings to customers.
