TL;DR 👉 I figure out where work breaks down and design the systems behind how teams operate, creating simple, durable solutions that make good work easier to do consistently. A lot of what I do is take problems out of people’s heads and turn them into simple, scalable frameworks and repeatable systems so others can focus on meaningful work instead of wrestling with the process. In practice, that means designing workflows, structuring program operations, and building systems, tools, and documentation that help teams navigate their work and stay aligned — especially in remote environments. Good systems make effective work the path of least resistance. Continued delivering high‑quality, end-to-end production design work while simultaneously: ▸ Reducing rework by identifying recurring issues upstream rather than at the individual or task level. ▸ Supporting and coaching new designers in live production, accelerating ramp‑up outside of formal training. ▸ Acting as a bridge between day‑to‑day execution and longer‑term workflow and learning improvements.
Balanced individual design delivery with team‑level enablement while also: ▸ Designing and leading remote, cohort‑based training that built early competence and collaborative skills. ▸ Creating training materials and shared resources that standardized and improved onboarding outcomes. ▸ Running a high‑visibility learning and recognition newsletter that reinforced standards and team culture. ▸ Improving shared resource organization to make materials more accessible in a distributed environment.
