- Leading a global project to refresh the global recruitment process, RACI, new ATS/CRM deployment with 65 participants across 6 regions, covering more than 80 000 employees in 63 countries. - Built from scratch and managing a team of six employer branding leads across various geographies. - Educating on employer branding basics & essentials, leadership & key stakeholder buy-in, such as Alstom Executive Committee, HR Executive Committee. - Developed Alstom's first time Employee Value Proposition fully in-house, with the global company employer branding strategy (global consistency and local relevance) KPIs. - Global project management of the Top Employers Certification – recognized in 5 regions - North America, Latin America, Europe, Asia Pacific, Middle East, and covering 27 countries. - Deployed the global engagement holistic strategy & survey fully in-house, resulting in savings at 250keur. - Management of social media campaigns, company brand awareness & attractivity (contributed to +20% annual followership growth on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter; increase in No of applications by 150%). - Developed an employee advocacy programme across the organization to foster understanding of the importance of personal branding, and social media basics training. - Rolled-out an employee ambassadors platform, social media templates tool, hiring managers video ad, and other. - Developed company’s first holistic early careers global frame.
- Reporting to Chief Sales Officer, part of the central commercial team, collaborating with regional Business Development & Sales teams through support in commercial tenders in Russia, Central Asia, Europe, North & Latin America, Middle East & Africa, Asia Pacific. - Global support to the “Alstom in Motion” 2023 strategy conception in close partnership with the Alstom Strategy VP. - Customer relations: strategic road-map for partnership development with more than 30 international customers & partners (international operators, engineering & civil work companies), through implementation of the Key Account - Management methodology on a global company level (workshops, key account plans, strategies, robust KPIs, CRM)
- Market assessment: development of a quantitative assessment of the CIS railway market via data collection and consolidation (update of the contracts database; new orders/tenders monitoring & analysis - rolling stock, signaling, services, infrastructure markets). - Preparation to annual marketing review, commercial pipeline building, and 3 years assessment plan & forecast via close interaction with Business Development and Sales team. - Understanding and analysis of customer requirements, region countries market evolution, context and strategy of country rail segment.
