I have developed a robust understanding of analytical method validation and development, particularly during my tenure as a scientist at Torrent Research Centre. My responsibilities included the execution of methods like assay and content methods using High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) and Ultra-Performance Liquid Chromatography (UPLC). I was also involved in the partial validation of these methods, ensuring they met the necessary regulatory requirements, My role required a deep understanding of Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), which I applied diligently to maintain compliance in all analytical activities. Additionally, I developed methods for residual solvents using Gas chromatography (GC), and conducted dissolution testing for oral solid dosage forms (OSD). Also performed a routine and stability analysis for OSD. This experience has equipped me with the skills to prepare and review analytical reports and stability compilations, ensuring that all data is accurate and compliant with industry standards.
