Since joining P&G in 1988, my career was focused on developing winning organizations, building global brands and growing businesses across different markets. In 2018, I moved to the role of President of P&G Europe, taking responsibility for 1/3 of P&G’s global workforce and a quarter of total company sales and profit. I started my career with P&G as an Assistant Brand Manager on the company’s laundry detergent business in France. Following Brand Manager assignments in P&G’s Home Care and Baby Care divisions in France and the Nordics, I was promoted to Marketing Director, Fabric & Home Care in P&G Nordics, later taking on additional responsibility for the Beauty Care business as well. Moving to Geneva, I became Marketing Director for P&G’s Home Care business across Western Europe before moving into General Management, leading P&G’s total business in North West Africa (Morocco & Algeria). From 2008 to 2012, I served as a Vice President of P&G France. And in 2013, I took additional responsibility for P&G’s total business across France, Belgium and the Netherlands, leading a $2BN business and an organization of more than 700 people. In 2014, I was appointed Vice President, Shave Care in Europe & India, Middle East and Africa, leading one of P&G’s biggest businesses worth more than $2.5BN in revenue across 135 countries. With my 35 years in the company, I still admire P&G every day for fulfilling my 3 most important passions at work - winning in business, learning, and enjoying teamwork with extraordinary people.
• Responsible for a business worth roughly $15BN – one quarter of total company sales and profit. • Region includes c.30,000 employees including 33 Manufacturing Sites and 4 R&D Centres. • Leading P&G’s business across 57 countries, in 44 different languages and 31 currencies. • Serving 830 million consumers in Europe.
• Responsible for $2.5BN business across 135 countries • Represents the largest region of P&G’s Global Shave Care profit • Led major innovation launches on Flexball, ProShield and Venus Swirl • Responsible for Gillette’s expansion into eCommerce & subscription with Gillette Shave Club
• Led integration of Belgium & Netherlands with France to create new operating unit for P&G FBNL. • Responsible for $2BN business and 700 employee organization. • Corporate leadership across three countries including two Manufacturing Plants and a Global Innovation Centre.
