About

Hello, I’m Loic, a seasoned technology leader with a 20-year track record of driving digital innovation and creating transformative customer experiences through cutting-edge technology. My journey in tech is built on a robust foundation: a Bachelor’s and Master’s in Computer Science focused on Artificial Intelligence, along with a Postgraduate Degree in Entrepreneurship and Management from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Lausanne. Throughout my career, I’ve gained a comprehensive skill set spanning system architecture, software engineering, operations, supply chain management, and strategic planning. This breadth has allowed me to cultivate a holistic approach to digital operations, enabling both seamless customer experiences and strategic business impact. In my recent role at Philip Morris International, I led the development and launch of PMI’s Consumer IoT ecosystem—powering our heat-not-burn and vaping product portfolio across a multi-million-device base. Leading a team of 175 and overseeing an 8-figure annual budget, I delivered PMI’s IoT Cloud infrastructure from the ground up. Today, as Global Head of Digital Product Innovation, I shape and execute digital strategy for next-generation products, including electronic devices, accessories, and consumables. My mission is to integrate advanced technology that supports PMI’s reduced-risk portfolio, delivering intelligent, proactive, and seamless experiences that exceed our customers’ expectations.
