I led a team of more than 100,000 passionate pet loving Associates across more than 130 countries. Previous experience built across leadership roles in businesses such as Royal Canin, where I was global president. Lived and worked in over 7 countries. Former Board member of IMD Business School, and the European Branded Goods Association, AIM.

Royal Canin is a french headquartered company, part of Mars Incorporated, manufacturing, marketing and distributing Premium Health Nutrition Petfood for Pet Speciality Retail and Professionals. Royal Canin's products are sold in about 90 countries and manufactured in 12 factories worldwide. I lead a team of 4 regional presidents and 5 functional vice presidents. I am a member of Mars Petcare global management team.
I was a member of the Royal Canin Global Leadership Team, with responsibility for Asia Pacific operations with full P&L accountability. I was leading a regional management team of 5 General Managers and 5 functional heads.
Mars Petcare Germany is a subsidary of Mars Incorporated, manufacturing, marketing and distributing Petfood products on the German market. I was leading a team of 8 directors with full P&L and cash accountability of the German Petcare division, 1200 associates and 2 factories, I was a member of the European Petcare Leadership Team.
Mars Switzerland is a subsidiary of Mars Incorporated, marketing and distributing Mars portfolio of chocolate candy, rice and petcare products on the Swiss Market. Being Market Director, I was responsible for the subsidiary operation with P&L accountability, designing and executing marketing and sales strategy. I reported to one of the Mars Europe President.
Mars Incorporated is a food manufacturer based in McLean, Virginia with net sales of more than $33 billion, six business segments including Petcare, Chocolate, Wrigley, Food, Drinks, Symbioscience, and more than 75,000 Associates worldwide that are putting its Principles into action to make a difference for people and the planet through its performance. Reporting to the CFO of MArs Incorporated, I was supporting regional presidents of Europe Middle East Africa India in all financial matters as well as ensuring the consistency with the group corporate strategy and governance.
Mars Czech and Slovak is a subsidiary of Mars Incorporated, distributing and marketing Mars chocolate, rice and petfood products, as well as manufacturing candies for the European Markets I was a memeber of the management team reporting to unit General Manager, responsible for the finance operations, financial and strategic planning, systems infrastructure.
