Notable matters include: - Acting for a high net worth individual on a complex claim for breach of trust over disputed assets valued at between US$600-800 million with cross-border aspects in Hong Kong, Panama, Liberia and the BVI; - Acting for an international financial institution to recover sums of monies which were fraudulently transferred out of the accounts it manages; - Representing a major supply chain and logistics company in the Singapore Court of Appeal in relation to a compulsory acquisition of land by the Singapore government; - Acting for a renowned international contractor in an SIAC arbitration seated in Singapore in relation to disputes arising out of an iconic infrastructure project in the Middle East; and - Representing the Hyflux and Prosafe groups in each of their highly-publicised restructuring proceedings supervised by the Singapore High Court.
