About

Sales have always been in my blood. Growing up around two exceptional saleswomen—my mother and grandmother—I learned through osmosis, absorbing the rhythm, resilience, and relationship-building that define great sales from a young age. This early exposure not only sparked my interest but also shaped my leadership style, my ability to connect with others, and my success in winning business. After graduating from Ole Miss with a degree in Integrated Marketing Communications and a minor in Business Administration and Computer Science, along with specializations in Media Sales, I quickly launched my career. I began as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Cvent, where I sold live event technology during the peak of the pandemic. Despite the challenges, I influenced over $2 million in pipeline and earned the title of Top Pipeline Influencer in North America in 2020. That achievement propelled me into leadership, and I’ve continued to build ever since. I have successfully led high-performing Business Development Representative (BDR) teams in both early-stage startups and enterprise-level organizations across various sectors, including SaaS and FinTech. I have created outbound programs from the ground up, managed hiring and training processes, and collaborated cross-functionally to align on go-to-market and demand generation strategies. I design onboarding and training systems that not only ramp up representatives quickly but also empower them to excel. Additionally, I am an expert in cold calling and outbound strategies. I coach reps to abandon rigid scripts, take control of conversations, and convert intent signals into real sales opportunities. While I am data-driven, my approach is always human-centered, as I believe the best leaders focus on developing their team members, not just their performance. My primary goal is to build BDR teams that are sharp, confident, and strategic. I take pride in leading with charisma, candor, and compassion, while also nurturing reps to grow into top performers and future leaders, both personally and professionally.
