Led end-to-end production of studio-filmed video content, including podcasts and long-form marketing series. Built a repeatable workflow to turn live recordings into short-form clips, social video, email content, and on-demand assets. Partnered with Brand, Product Marketing, and Comms to align video content with launches, narratives, and campaigns. Scaled video output across multiple channels while maintaining brand quality and editorial consistency. Used performance data to inform clip length, formats, and distribution strategy.
-Execute comprehensive virtual event strategies aligned with pipeline objectives, target audience and global marketing strategy. -Plan and coordinate all video production aspects of a virtual event program ensuring high quality and polished presentations that captivates the audience. -Collaborate with the campaigns team to create compelling event messaging and promotional materials. -Ensure all session content aligns with the event theme, branding guidelines, and meets quality standards. -Manage and administer each event on the virtual platform, ensuring all features and functionalities are optimized. -Provide platform technical support to speakers and participants before and during each virtual event. -Lead virtual events fiscal-year schedule including webinars, virtual summits, and virtual meet-ups, averaging 25+ virtual engagements per quarter -Partner with content events marketing to optimize event content that aligns to global campaigns and is driven by content marketing with virtual events best practice's framework in mind -Own and implement promotion tactics such as events, email, mailers, ABM, using global marketing campaigns -Drive alignment across diverse stakeholders on assigned program objectives, tactics and program next steps -Build positive relationships with stakeholder teams including business development, sales, enablement, field marketing and others to over-communicate program status and influence plans and outcomes -Partner with regional field and localization marketing to ensure all content is accurate, high-quality, and resonates with local audiences -Manage virtual events program budget, return on investment analysis and business impact to keep stakeholders proactively informed of program forecasts and marketing-led pipeline targets -Continuously review the performance, satisfaction and return on investment of programs from all event programs to improve return on event programs, adjusting tactics and strategy accordingly
