Zorgdragen voor alle zakelijke reserveringen voor de gehele Landal GreenParks organisatie. • Het maken van maatwerk offertes en/of prijsopgaves op basis van de wensen van de klant • Het optimaal (efficiënt en effectief) maken en telefonisch afhandelen c.q. verkopen van een zakelijke reservering en het aanbieden van alternatieven waar mogelijk. • Het verrichten van cold calling acquisitie • Relatiebeheer Key Accounts Business Line • Actief deelnemen aan het bewerkstelligen van kwaliteits- en efficiëntieverbeteringen. • Oplossen van calamiteiten • Updaten procedures Landal Business Line
Het coördineren van de afdeling als schakel tussen de Manager Business Line en de afdeling Business Line. • Dagelijkse aansturing van de afdeling • Zorgen voor een juiste werkverdelingen en prioriteitenbewaking binnen de afdeling. • Ondersteuning bieden aan de Manager Business Line • Actief relatiemanagement Key Accounts. • Het beheren en opstellen van contracten • Opstellen en bijhouden van de procedures en werkwijzen. • Het onderhouden van klantcontacten, een actief relatiebeheer voeren vanuit de binnendienst. • Implementatie CRM systeem Amyyon
