I started my Logistics journey in Seafreight department of APL for over 6 years. Then, I joined Airfreight team of Kuehne + Nagel as System Superuser and explored Air Logistics sector and accompanied with team through challenging time (new systems go live, company entity change, etc.) for over 5 years. In 2016, I got opportunity to move to Contract Logistics department and worked as National Information Solution Manager. Thanks to system and process oriented experience in Air team, I absorbed knowledge of WMS, TMS & EDI very fast and able to cooperate with Operational solution team to propose the most effective solutions. This contributed to new business award and to business continuity with existing customers. 2019 is a memorable year to me. I had the chance to come back Air team and was one of SEATs batch 2019. SEAT program brought me many opportunities and built strong background for me to take over management positions in Air team. I was promoted from Air Business Process Manager to National Operational Care Manager in 2020 and then, to National Operations Manager in 2023. I am taking care of Operational, Financial, Warehouse, System, Process of Air Logistics team. New roles coming means new challenges coming; however, I have enjoyed challenges by implementing what I have learnt from the leadership courses, from my leaders and from my colleagues. Last but not least, I feels happy when I can inspire my team members and when I can see them growing up, getting good results from efforts and proactively contributing to Air team. And this also inspires me in return.
