Over the past several years, I've had the privilege of working on a range of design and management projects, from architectural projects to large-scale public art programs. Each has helped me shape how I lead, how I collaborate, and how I approach delivery. As a Senior Designs Manager at RCRC, I currently manage multiple sub-programs under Riyadh Art, where we aim to transform Riyadh into a gallery without walls by acquiring, designing and installing some of the best artworks across the city in collaboration with both world-renowned and emerging artists. I work closely with cross-functional teams to bring these creative and challenging projects to life, and I focus on creating the kind of environment and clarity that helps everyone within the team do their best. I try to lead by staying engaged, sharing what I've learned, learning what others share, and by staying vigilant and available when needed, whether it's by minimizing potential risks early on, or by capitalizing on new opportunities as they come. Good outcomes often simply come down to attentiveness and collaboration. I especially enjoy special projects, the ones that come without a template to follow, that’s where I tend to thrive: stepping into complex situations, turning ideas into action, and supporting teams as we turn vision into reality. I’m always happy to connect with other professionals who are passionate about meaningful and well-executed projects and initiatives. Sharing perspectives, learning from one another, that’s where real progress happens.
