Oversee overall exhibition event, security issues, crowd circulation, venue capacity management and emergency preparedness. Manage VIP movements and ensure safety and security at large scale national events, global exhibitions and trade shows inside the venue.
During this period I held a series of roles including but not limited to Frontline Unit Commander for major public events. Supervisor of Command and Control Centre, Examination Unit for the setting, marking and administration of the Constable to Sergeant Qualifying Examination for the Standard Criminal Investigation Course and training officer for Recruit Police Constables as well as Ad hoc Project Holder for major national events and police station improvement projects. Additionally, I was responsible for the policing of railway network - a key component of the Hong Kong transportation network with the police focus on critical infrastructure under their command, which also demanded effective strategies to mitigate terrorist threats and public disorder.
During this period, I held a wide range of posts which focused on the uniformed' watch & ward, anti-vice operations, training, police community relation, and administration. Also Narcotic Bureau 1994-1997 investigating and prosecuting complex money laundering cases. Deployed to a 2-year Special Duty within Operations Wing of Kowloon West Region Police Headquarters to prepare, co-ordinate, and support the regional operation associated with the' Occupy' protests.
